You are invited for Sahaja Meditation Experience! It is based on ancient meditation teachings and works in a short amount of time to reduce stress, instill a sense of inner peace and improve overall wellness in the people who use it. The practice promotes balance and harmony, and it leads to the union with our self or spirit. The meditation works in a short amount of time and awakens a spiritual energy, residing within each individual. Beginner classes are held weekly free of charge every Saturday at the Harmony Learning Center from 11:30am - 12:30pm. Please note that the marker on the map is slightly off (on the map it would be just east of the Golden Buddha Chinese). Turn into the Golden Buddha and continue down the incline. Harmony center is straight ahead.
